Today, precious and semi-precious stones from Sri Lanka, especially the exquisite Ceylon sapphires, are celebrated worldwide, solidifying the island’s status as one of the top five gem-producing nations.The Sri Lanka Gem & Jewellery Association (SLGJA) is the foremost industry body, representing all sectors in the gem and jewellery trade. With over 250 members contributing to more than 75 percent of the nation’s gem and jewellery exports, the SLGJA plays a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s future. In this context, it is proper that the SLGJA presents Facets Sri Lanka 2025, South Asia’s premier gem and jewellery exhibition – an event that gathers international industry professionals on a single platform to celebrate the unparalleled beauty and quality of Sri Lankan gems and jewellery.
