Gemologist and strategic quality consultant, I have been working with major players in european jewellery and watchmaking industry for seventeen years. At the crossroads of fieldwork, scientific analysis and brand strategy, I now act as a point of reference for players who demand precise quality standards, high-performance management tools and exemplary traceability.
My professional career has been marked by high-level collaborations: Cartier, HRD Antwerp, Rolex, Swatch Group, UFBJOP and the Place Vendôme Maison Collective (Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, etc.).

Founder and CEO of 7Systems Consulting, I advise companies on structuring and improving their quality management systems, with expertise in gems quality, knowledge of the risks associated with supply chains, and the practical implementation of change management processes. I'm involved at every stage: audit, recommendations, development of internal standards, team training, partner support, choice of technologies and control tools.

Trained at some of the best international institutions in gemmology (HRD Antwerp, ING, Nantes University), in business strategy (HEC Paris, ESA3) and in art & culture (IESA) - I embody a dual legitimacy: that of scientific rigour and that of strategic vision. I am an analyst, a strategist and a teacher, all rolled into one. This diversity makes me a rare link between the demands of our global industry, and the challenges of image, compliance and sustainability that are shaping it today.

I've had the opportunity to visit several mining sites in Sri Lanka, Sierra Leone, Brazil to ground my understanding of gems in the reality of the field. This direct link with the origin of the stones feeds my practice with lucidity, humanity and precision.

Through my approach, I defend a gemmology that is demanding, honest and connected to the contemporary world. My involvement with international bodies aims to share this vision and contribute actively to collective work.
