Information concerning visa requirements for those wishing to travel to the UAE is listed below, however visa regulations are subject to change and should always be checked with the nearest UAE embassy before traveling.
As per the Immigration Law in the UAE, the following nationalities do not require pre-processing of entry visas. Visas can be obtained at the airport at no cost & valid for a period of one month.
The nationalities that do not require pre-processing of entry visas are:
Western Europe –
France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden,
Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Ireland,
Andorra, San Marino and Liechtenstein.
Other Countries –
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea.
For ALL OTHER NATIONALITIES, entry visas will be required.
Please complete the following visa application form supplied by the hotel and return to the Al Bustan Rotana Hotel. If you are staying in a different hotel, please request the visa application form directly from that hotel.
Residents of the GCC countries can enter without a Dubai visa provided that their own respective residency visa has an expiry period of more than 6 months and they have been residing in that GCC country for more than 12 months. They should also be of a managerial, engineering or accounting profession. If their profession is not mentioned in their passport, they should present an official letter of profession from their company.
