Private furniture, carpets, etc are not permitted.

Use of neon signs (flash guns, electrical flashes) are not permitted.
3.
All interior stand fittings and furnishings must be contained within the shell stand structure, and must not exceed the given height. No free standing equipment may extend beyond the boundaries of the site allocated.
4.
Exhibitors are not allowed to obstruct the view or adversely affect the displays of other exhibitors.
5.
Exhibitors are not allowed to obstruct the passage areas.
6.
Audio visual films, Video Walls, etc, can be used in the stand area provided that the sound level is confined to the exhibitor’s booth.
7.
The sound levels from an exhibitor’s booth should not intrude or violate the rights of any of the adjacent exhibiting areas.
8.
The organizer reserves the right to restrict exhibitor’s use of sound or other devices which may interfere with the best interest of the fair environment as a whole.
9.
The organizer reserves the right to change/alter/remove any exhibit interfering with the aesthetics of the exhibition or that which hinders the public in any way.
Electrical Installation
1.
All wiring must be carried out in PVC, or other plastic sheathed cables. No exposed means of cables or cable joints will be permitted.
2.
The organizer reserves the right to disconnect any installation which in their opinion is dangerous or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.
Booth Approval
Exhibitors making any changes in the booths provided to them must submit the design of the stand with 3D views, elevations, and plan for approval, along with structural engineer certificate. Please submit by September 1, 2008.
All booths will be inspected on set-up day and any exhibitor deviating from the regulations must make modifications as suggested by the organizer at his own expense prior to the show opening.
Organizer decisions on booth set-up will be final and binding.
