York +1 212.352.9054, . Please make sure you have submitted the application form
with all the names of the employees you will have with you at the show. There is a limit of 4 exhibitor
badges per booth.
Exhibitor badge pick-up
Registered exhibitors will have their badges waiting for them at ICA office conveniently located within
the Al Bustan Rotana hotel. You will also receive your badge holder at that time along with the show
guide and information. All badges, whether international or not, will be picked up at the ICA office. No
badges will be sent prior to the show. Each exhibitor must present a business card and picture
identification to receive their badge. ICA office hours are:

Exhibitor Badge Request
Exhibitors who have lost their badges will be required to present their business card and picture
identification at the exhibitor registration booth and have a new one issued for a nominal fee.
Please note that your badge is non-transferable and will be confiscated upon any attempt to transfer to
another individual. Remember, if you misplace your badge you are compromising the security of the
ICA International Gem Show. There will be a fee of $20 to reprint a misplaced or lost badge. We will only
reprint a badge one time at the show.
Can I get badges for my guest buyers?
Yes. Please complete the buyer/guest registration form included in this packet with the name and
company name of the buyer you would like to invite. ICA will send them a personal invitation or email to
