Things to do in the city with respect to business and fun
1. Gold Souk

The Gold Souk, or gold market, has earned Dubai a reputation for being the 'City of Gold'. The Souk consists of over 300 retailers that trade almost exclusively in jewellery. The Dubai Gold Souk is situated in the locality of Al Dhagaya in Deira.

2. Bastakiya

The old Bastakiya district is a step back in time to the days before electricity and air-conditioning, where traditional courtyard houses were cooled by wind towers. The district with its narrow lanes and tall wind-towers gives a tantalizing glimpse of old Dubai.

3. Ski Dubai / MOE

Ski Dubai is the first indoor ski resort in the Middle East and offers an amazing snow setting to enjoy skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing, or just playing in the snow. Young or old, there is something for everyone, from the beginner to the snow sport enthusiast. Ski Dubai is a unique mountain-themed attraction that offers you the opportunity to enjoy real snow in Dubai all year round.

4. Desert Safari

This tour departs in the afternoon across the desert of Dubai with several photo-stops during an exciting dune drive to the first destination a camel farm. The drive continues across the desert and stop to watch the beautiful sunset before reaching a Bedouin campsite for the opportunity to do a camel ride, sand boarding, try out a henna design on hand or feet and shisha. Included is a delicious barbecue dinner, followed by a belly dancer performing her show around the campfire by starlight.

5. Dow Cruise

Cruising down Dubai creek is a novel experience. Imagine yourself having dinner on a Dhow Cruise with the fascinating lights of Dubai creek, music and belly dancing with a sip of your favorite drink and BBQ buffet dinner.
